What I love is how practical and real world Rob gets. It’s probably been the case in many churches that a problem band member is left in place because they’re the only one who can play a particular instrument. It’s also been my experience that many worship leaders are given instruction about order of service or leading a song, but not the band, and therefore aren’t told about leading by example or pastoring the team.
